Sparkling Sportswear, LLC requires 50% deposit at the time of order with a balance upon delivery. We accept cash, check, or major credit card through PayPal. Single item orders are paid in full at the time the order is placed.
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. Should you lose a rhinestone in the first 60 days after delivery, please contact us for complimentary repair or replacement. We do not assume liability for consumer care. Please follow garment care instructions and wash inside out in cold water. Gentle cycle is recommended and tumble dry low. Do not dry clean.
Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable. Please check your proof carefully prior to approval and consult the sizing charts. Sparkling Sportswear LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies in measuring that lead to choosing the incorrect size.
Sparkling Sportswear, LLC prefers to provide, collect, and sort group order forms. This minimizes inaccuraces and allows our staff to ask order questions directly of the end user. Should the customer prefer to use personal order collection methods, a TYPED listing of items and name spellings is required to place the order. Sparkling Sportswear, LLC is not responsible for spelling errors submitted when the order is placed.
A packing slip/invoice will accompany each order along with copies of all group sale forms, when applicable. Discrepencies are to be reported within 7 business days of order delivery. Sparkling Sportswear, LLC is not responsible for discrepencies reported after 7 business days, and the remedy of such instances shall be at the financial responsibility of the customer.
Reorders following a group sale, small or single item non-stock orders, and RUSH orders are subject to additional shipping and handling fees regardless of proximity to Cranberry Township. The fess are to ship from the supplier to Sparkling Sportswear, LLC. To avoid such fees, the customer may choose to wait for additional items or substitute a stock item.
Sparkling Sportswear, LLC will make arrangements to deliver or ship at the customer'c convenience. Tracking will be provided for all packages shipped, at which time Sparkling Sportswear, LLC releases responsibility of the goods to the shipping carrier. In the event that the customer agrees to a delivery appointment and fails to keep the appointment time, Sparkling Sportswear, LLC will leave the box(es) at the customer's place of business. Responsibility for the goods is then assumed transferred to the customer.
