What are the options for my group?

They're endless!   We offer hundreds of color choices in lead-free rhinestones, glitter, holographic, and fashion print patterns.  Every item we create can be further personalized with names or numbers.  We can create  from your electronic logo or we can generate something totally new.   We've even worked from hand sketches!   We offer countless brands of apparel and accessories to meet the unique interests of your group.


How long does the process take?

Artwork, store set up, and production are three separate processes. 

Artwork can take 1-3 business days depending on your needs and our workload.

Store set up  takes 3-5 business days after artwork approval. 

After your store closes, order processing time will depend on the number of pieces, complexity of personalization, and current workload.  Normal turnaround is two-three weeks, but does increase during busy times (back to school, holiday, competition & recital seasons).  If you have a deadline you need us to meet, just let us know!  Rush orders may be possible.  A fee of 20% of your order total will move your group to "the top of our list" for turnaround under two weeks.  

What are your art fees? 

There is no fee to convert an existing logo to rhinestone, screen print, or embroidery.  We offer this as part of our service one time for one logo.  If you require multiple logos, new logo creation, or wish to change the logo we have on file, $35 per logo will be billed prior to starting the work.  

**Uploading art to our site or sending it as an email attachment means that you own rights to the art and authorize Sparkling Sportswear, LLC. to reproduce it for purposes of apparel decoration. We will not print art that is suspect to copyright violation and assume no responsibility if you upload art that is not your own.  We do not reproduce studio, club, business, or foundation names, logos, or likenesses without the consent of the owner, board, or designee. **   

Are there minimum order requirements? 

No.   There is no risk to do business with us. You do not have to buy extra to meet minimum print run quantities.  

How much does it cost to set up an online store? 

$0.  New clients may choose 10-15 items from our current product guide and an online store will be created in three-  five business days.  You can be ready to collect orders in less than a week.  Existing clients can swap items out of old store fronts and replace with new ones in even less time.  If you want to offer a specialty item that is not in our product guide- ask.  Sometimes it can be found in our global inventory or we can create a new product for you for a fee.  

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size.  Please consult the sizing chart in the webstore and compare the measurements to one of your favorite garments that fits well.  If you still are not sure, contact us.  If you have an issue with your order, please do contact us.  We will do everything we can to find a reasonable solution.  

Check the spelling of any personalization before ordering and again when you receive your automated receipt.  Your custom item will be spelled exactly as you enter it.  Fonts (all caps vs. standard print) will be standard across groups and selected by your group organizer.  

Do you ship?

We ship UPS and USPS weekly and twice weekly during the months of February, May, November, and December.  Rush shipping may be available.  Shipping fees are paid in full at at the time the order is placed.  Bulk orders that meet out MOQ (varies by season/ current carrier rates) earn free shipping via UPS ground.  


Local bulk delivery is our most common delivery method because it is free.  We offer complimentary local delivery within 50 miles of 16066.  All orders arrive individually poly bagged with a summary sheet to make order distribution a breeze.  We also sort bulk orders of more than 200  by team, grade, class day, etc. by adding a special category to your shopping cart. Local pickup is also an option if you are near 16066.  We do not have a retail storefront.


Do I have to hand wash?

NO! Most of our products do just fine with routine machine wash.  Follow these simple care guidelines to preserve the life of your garment:  Turn the garment inside out.  Machine wash gentle/ cold with no harsh detergents or bleach.  Tumble dry low.  Do not iron. Always follow the garment manufacturer's instructions, too.  If yours is an item requiring specialty care, there will be a sticker on the item with instructions to hand wash/ hang dry.

I missed the group order at my school, studio, gym, etc.  Can I order a shirt directly from Sparkling Sportswear?

SORRY, NO.  When we work with groups we only deal with the group contact sale organizer.  Any reorders must be organized an initiated by the group's designee.


My daughter's studio only offers screen printed shirts for the competition moms.  Can I order a rhinestone shirt that matches?

 We would never print a business name unless at the request of the owner or his or her designee.  We'd be happy to organize a group sale - ask your studio owner!

I found the most awesome ___________________.  Can you bling it?  Probably.  Each item is considered based on fabrication, shape, and estimated replacement cost.  Email to inquire and we will do our best to give you an honest answer based on your specific needs
